The split or tutkh is like rim yellowish on morning but after brush it goes away.He think that it is sign of mouth cancer because he used to eat 5 pan or gutka for 15 years . Now he has give up to eat it but he is under frustrations of getting tongue Cancer. So he started to drink cow urine and start eating roti of mung aata.He is not eating any thing other than this. He is also using a malham cream OMNIGEL ON HIS TONGUE. PLEASE ensure whether it is a symbtom of cancer or not and what to do.

Any change caused by cancer will generally not go away with brushing. As there  s a suspicion and he has history of tobacco use, it s better that you get him examined.
