White patches in the middle of tongue
Recently I have seen some white patches in the middle of the toungue of my son who is 23 months old , I have tried to remove it by my finger but it is stiff. Please let me know what can we do, is it any type of infection and why it may have happened. Attaching Image for you reference. Thanks.

clean your tongue with tongue scrapper regularly. Apply Candid mouth paint, thin layer for 14 days. consult me for any query.

It can be due to some candida or fungal infection or vitamin deficiency. Take:- Syp.Flora BC half tsp twice daily for a week Warm saline rinses between meals If does not resolve then need to send sample for test in lab

Hi.. the image you shared is not very clear. But seems like thrush or fungal infection...it can be corrected by certain gels or oral drops.
