  4. White patches. In it. please help!

White patches
Hi. My daughter is 2 months old and she had some white patches on her abdomen at birth. Now she is developing rough white patches on her face at both eye corners and they are spreading around eyes. What is the reason for it.? I was hypothyroid during pregnancy. Her TSH was 4.6 at birth. Our dermatologist has given tubby lotion for patches. But there is no improvement in it. Please help
