4 year old has white discharge. Please.

My daughter has white discharge on and off. Sometimes its normal sometimes it smells. She also has rednes around her clitoris and on sides of the skin near her vagina. We took Irina tests and it's normal. She's not complaining of itching or pain. She is cleaned everytime she pees and we take care of all hygiene related challenges. I notice that when she has a lot of physical activity, there is discharge I'm not sure if this is possible but an observation. She sweats a lot and we give her at least 1.5 litres of water a day apart from juice etc I'd like to know of discharge at this age is normal. If she can have vaginitis or anything else.. Reasons for this and the redness. I have shown her to a gynecologist and we have done a physical examination and have been asked to observe. Any advice will help please.
