It is always safe to see a gastroenterologist bcoz it looks like a normal gastro enteritis bcoz of pus in stool. Or may be slime from large intestine bcoz of gas. And how is your appetite and how much do you eat?

White mucus in stool with loose motions, gas, and bloating for 2 days is most likely acute gastroenteritis or an IBS flare — both very common at your age and usually self-limiting. Avoid dairy, spicy food, and raw vegetables for now, stay hydrated with ORS or coconut water, and you can take a probiotic like Econorm along with a mild antispasmodic like mebeverine for the cramps and gas.
Next Steps
If loose motions persist beyond 3-4 days, you develop fever, or notice blood in stool, please visit a doctor in person for examination and a stool test.
