White heads on nose, Acne and large pore
I was on Isotretinoin 2018 for 200 days and started using Zinderm BPO completely eradicating my acne. Now i am again facing a lot white heads and acne on my face. Can i again start the isotretinoin and all the other medicines? I have the previous prescription too.

Acne can be because of oily skin or hormonal changes or some skin product you are using. Isotretinoin should only be used under guidance.

Whiteheads, Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Treatment of acne depends on the cause and grade of acne. Do not self medicate specially with isotretinoin. Consult online with pictures for proper treatment or visit a dermatologist.
