Maybe it's due to stress or nutritional deficiency.Apply ALTRIS 5 solution 1ml with the dropper given over gray hairs with your fingertips at night for 6 months. No need to rinse as the solution gets absorbed in the scalp. Take tablet REJUHAIR at night after food for 3months. Take bath with XGAIN shampoo twice weekly for 1year

Graying of hair can be because of stress, nutritional deficiencies, lifestyle changes, hormonal imbalance, pollution etc. Plus you have odd working hours hence disturbed routine which add to the issue. There is no 100% cure for it but can prevent new graying of hairs.
