White hair
I have around 90% grey hair which I cover using color every 3 weeks. I get the color at salon which is both expensive and harsh on my hair causing further greying and hair fall. Please can you suggest a suitable treatment and alternative to salon color (I get innova color on my hair which the stylist says is mild).

Thanks for the query.Premature graying of hair is not uncommon in general population in today's world. The cause could be multifactorial and needs to be assessed. It could be genetic, environmental, constitutional or some nutritional deficiencies. While the treatment options are limited, an attempt to prevent further graying can definitely be made.
