Premature greying f hairs
Hello doctor, lots of grey hairs are visible on my head. Consulted a dermatologist once. He prescribed some scalp lotions with other oral medicines and adviced me to add dates in my diet. What could be the reason for this. How to cure this?  Is it possible to bring back my hairs to normal?  Need help. Thank you

Premature greying of the hair indicates that either your hair follicles are ageing faster or that your colour producing cells are dying faster. We are exposed to lots of factors that accelerate hair follicle ageing. In very early stages resting melanocytes(colour producing cells) can be reactivated by melitane which is one of the only medicines that works for grey hair. Have a healthy diet. If you are also going bald that means you have Androgenetic alopecia which again accelerates greying and miniaturisation of hair follicles. Results to treatment are varying. Since you are only 19 u will have better likelihood of regaining hair colour. If all else fails you can always dye your hair. Try melitane 5% lotion daily night to your hair roots. It is available as altris 5%. Try it sincerely for 6months. Also take PABA supplement capsules. Many are available like hairboost or pabatab. Once a day. Hope this helps you and good luck.
