I had a band-aid on my finger from 2 days. I had applied it due to a cut I had got. The cut is healed but when I removed it today this is is what I saw. Refer the image. Please advise.

The skin has become little macerated due to moisture. No treatment needed. It will heal

Hi ! Just leave it open . Will be fine on it’s own. Happened due to right bandage with trapped moisture.
