Dry yellow finger skin peeling off
Having dry and yellowish finger skin on both hands. This thick and dry skin layer peeling off with bleeding cuts. Problem persisting since 2 months now. No relief even after using topical ointments such moisturex and Topisal. Kindly help with a possible cause and solution.
