White dyspigmentation on the penis shaft

I am having several dyspigmented white spots on my penis shaft and a few spots on my gland penis.
Its not itchy and its not swelling .I had this 3 years ago.i feel like it is increasing now.
I had sex with my ex and she was my only sex partner.and she was virgin too. Please let me know what it might be.i attached few photos too
