One day back I saw little painless bumps , 3 -4 in numbers on my penis shaft. Can you tell me is it serious ? I have attached a photo showing two bumps.

No it's not serious ..it's happen sometimes due to excessive sweating ..it's just a superficial swelling over skin need to apply some anti bacterial cream over there and it will be cure ..nothing serious from pic ..buy suppose u have sexual history recently like unprotected sex and then u may have symptoms then need to to undergo some tests
