Itchy bumps on the shaft of penis

Asked for Male, 23 Years

There is itchy bumps on my penile shaft as well as on my scrotum. First it started from the scrotum i thought it is just a normal pimple or something but after some days one more bump came over my base of the shaft of penis and one more came today and it is very itchy. Please advise something for my problem.
