It May be a traumatic ulcer. If it is painful you can apply some analgesic ointment over it for relief. For better diagnosis u can visit the nearby Dentist and get examined of it. Or you can describe more about the ulcer like From how many days it has been there ? Is it painful? Colour of the lesion etc. Or send a more clear picture.
Next Steps
visit a dentist for a better examination.

To assess an ulcer, a complete history is necessary, including details about its duration, size, shape, discharge, and pain level. This information helps determine if a biopsy is needed or if the ulcer is possibly stress-induced or related to any medications.
