White discharge & watery eyes - new born
Hello doctor
My baby 50days old she is suffering with white discharge and watery eyes from past 3weeks
Consulted Pediatrician he suggested Moxifloxacin eye drops two drops in both eyes every 6 hourly x 3 days.
Pls advise is it safe to proceed?

Hi, she seem to have congenital nano lacrimal duct obstruction ( tear passage block). Please see us, to advice you on how to do a crippler massage or duct massager to treat it. If done properly can open the duct without surgery in 90% of the cases
