My daughter is 4 month old

Hi,
Nothing to worry. You need to do Criggler massage 10 strokes, 4 times a day for 2-3 months. No need for eye drops now, just do massage. It'll settle gradually.

Pl do Lacrymal massage, it will become normal. Pl consult Ophthalmologist for correct way of doing massage.

Around 99.9% babies totally recover with proper massage by 9 months of age. Please learn the proper way of doing massage.
Consult an ophthalmologist in clinic or online for that.
Those who don't recover need probing under anaesthesia.
