Watery eyes with white threads.
I have always watery eyes with some white thread like things coming out of eye. they makes me feel uncomfortable so I have to take them out. but they keep coming and sometimes difficult to pull out. they also cause itchiness and eyes turns red if rubbed.
It happens in one eye at a time. I observed, I have runny or blocked nose at the same time.

Your symptoms are suggestive of allergy
Try
A.cold compresses
B avoid rubbing eyes
C use antiallergic eyedrop like epinastine eyedrop along with lubricating eyedrop frequently
Consult local ophthalmologist if problem persist
