Consult a gynaecologist. Get yourself fully evaluated. Discharge can be due to some infection or any cervical erosion. After finding a cause you will require treatment accordingly. Please have your regular 3yearly pap smear as well

1. White discharge can be normal or can be infection. 2. If it is recurrent infection then you have to do some tests like blood sugar, swab test for infection, sonography to rule out pelvic infection. And accordingly you can treat. 3. Your dr may have prescribed you with lactobacillus for recurrent discharge.
