Generally, the white discharge without smell is due to Vaginal Thrush. But if there is fishy smell and white-grey color discharge then it is Bacterial Vaginosis. Heavy bleeding (Menorrhagia) can be numerous reasons but the most often it is Hormone problem.
Next Steps
Hormone tests and ultrasound scan are the two methods to diagnose PCOD/PCOS. Consult doctor with reports.
Health Tips
Start Iron Rich Diet, Stop excessive washing of Vagina. Avoid using Tampons.
Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Is there itching also along with it?
It could be a fungal infection called candidiasis.
Get it checked out by a gynaecologist in person for further evaluation and management.
Best regards.
