White discharge before period date
I am a Pcod patient.I took pcod treatment For the last 5 months,  now I am trying to conceive for that doctor given me litrozole 2.5 tablets for 5 days which I started from 4 th day of my periods , my LMP was 23 of June and now from last week I have vagina discharge/white discharge and on and off cramps for the whole week . Does it mean I am pregnant or I have an infection .

It is sign of infection.  Get yourself checked.  However if you miss period, you should check for pregnancy
