White bump on tongue

Sir /madam , I have uploaded a picture of my tongue, it is having a white bump from past 20 days, not much pain or anything. Please reply I am very much worried.

If you have the habit of smoking/tobacco chewing, it can be keratosis. Based on history, medication has to be taken as per consultation .if it's ulceration, corticosteroids has to be administered.
