White Bump on limp

Asked for Male, 34 Years

There is white puss filled non painfull pimple/Bump/ Boil on the lower lips. Even after puncher, Its regularly comes on the same spot. It's been 14-15 days and it's not going away completely. Any suggestions to get rid of it completely?
