Please get yourself checked up nicely by a Consultant .Please get the vitals checked .Please get the relevant tests done like blood tests and Chest X-ray .If required ,then to go for HRCT chest .

please do not take a CT on your own.. first get an xray chest done..
the pain is likely due to pleura the ballon around your lungs.. it will fade away soon..
