Which fruits and vegetables can help us to lose weight. As Weight is the key issue in case of diabetes heart disease ect. So as to avoid this, how can we reduce weight by maintaining a healthy diet. Some say broccoli, kale , blue berries, lettice, avocado, grapefruit, oats... Can we make shakes by mixing all these items? Or does it make worse.
