Whey protein and ecosprin 75
I am 6th months pregnant taking ecosprin 75 with milk at bed time daily... But now my doc suggested whey protein powder... I want to confirm can I take ecosprin before that...are there any contraindications of using both together... If yes then how many hours of gap should I keep in between two...

You can take protein powder day time,ecospirin in night with water would be fine

You should not take Ecosprin with milk. You can take it with water at any time (but at the same time every day. You can whey Protein Powder with milk at night (half an hour before sleeping).
