Whey and Health
Hello there wanted to know if whey proteins are safe? I have started taking whey protein and being working out from past almost one month.i take it twice a day and one time proper food ( chapati and sabzi)and oats and other protein diet in a day with fruits and 4 to 5 litres of water . Is it safe to consume whey does it have any side effects . Please help

Having proteins helps to build up muscless while doing work out. But having in excess is not good. Check for ingredients. Have a suggested amount. Have enough water. Prioritize your preferences. If you want to be fit in health aspect going for natural food sources is suggestable
