When shall I take the test ?
I had unprotected sex on 12th Jan and had to take an I-pill for that on the same day. Also for 2 days I had a burning sensation in my vagina after consuming the pill. (My period dates are the 27th of every month. Hence, 12th was my ovulation day, and I had a high chance of getting pregnant). I feel very fatigued since then and I puked this morning. Do you think it can be pregnancy? Shall I take the test now? Will it get detected, as it is just 5 days since I had sex?

Chances of pregnancy are high but no test is going to give you a confirmation at this stage.
The implantation has not occurred yet.
Please get your beta HCG level done on 28 January, if you don't get your periods by then.

It is true that you had unprotected sex in unsafe period. But you have taken i pil on the same day.Faliure rate of i pil if taken on the same day is5 percent.you may or may not be in 5 percent.
Now you have to wait till the date of mensis.
If period does not occur on the date then you can do pregnancy test after that.
One thing I want to advise that you should reduce stress level, otherwise it will create hormonal changes.

I think u should wait for ur next period date, if you missed ur regular period than do urinary pregnancy test with morning sample and inform me result so that I can advise u in better way

Yes you can be pregnant
Pregnancy test can be done 24 hours after a skipped period
Any test before that would be wrongly timed and negative
You will have to wait till 28th of January to test keeping in mind the high failure rate of emergency pills
