If your ovulation day was 3 January then you should have had your periods by now (or you are pregnant). If you have not had your periods yet you can do test any day now.

At least 20 days after you had sex or on the day you miss your periods you can perform a urine pregnancy test. You can get the result earlier by undergoing a Beta HCG blood test around day 26th day of cycle.
