You have exercise induced asthma so you must consult a pulmologist first for advise as he may advise how much to take the exercise or when to take inhaler . As Zumba is fast dance exercise you will get wheeze for sure . May be you can go for other form of exercise .
Next Steps
Consult a pulmologist
Health Tips
Take rest if you get wheeze and if more then take 2 puffs of inhaler.

Kindly try not to overstrain yourself while exercising as you're developing exercise induced asthma. So you should continue your regular treatment and don't overstrain and when you feel the difficulty to stop and rest when it occurs.
