Good afternoon practo user,
Since monsoon is started and this is the peak of the pandemic. You should try consuming hot and freshly made food. Make sure your water is clean and free from contamination.
Since during monsoon our digestion gets slow, so try indulging in not very spicy food. In Hinduism its also called chaturmaas where you should follow saatvik food. But bcoz its a pandemic you should be consuming nonveg if you are non vegetarian provided whatever food you are preparing should be cleaned and cooked thoroughly.
