What to do if I get scabies? In the starting stages?.is the oinment, permethrin cream  enough for the treatment in the early stages?

Usually it is sufficient in scabies. But diagnosis need to be confirmed.

It needs to be applied properly,  need sometime oral meds, partner and family need to treated too. Consult online for further management

Yes but u sometimes need oral antiparasitic drugs and anti histamines to get fully treated. Consult me through online consultation for further treatment
