What should be the time gap between
Please advise what should be the time gap between calpol syrup and meftal p syrup.
I have given calpol syrup and even after 2 hrs the temp is not coming down , can I give meftal p syrup which is advised to given even if the temp doesnt come down after 1 hr of giving calpol syrup?
