I felt some itching on my penis shaft on Monday and noticed a small red bump on Tuesday. There is no itching now and it's kind of numb to touch. Initially I thought it was a pimple but it doesn't really look like one (attached images). There is a single bump only and everything else is fine (including glans).
I googled about it and now I am really concerned that it could be herpes. I have never had any kind of sexual intercourse or genital to genital/oral contact. I do have a single lifetime exposure in Feb 2024, but there was only brief 4-5s hand to genital contact at a massage parlour (I was completely naked, she had her panties on). Is this enough for herpes transmission?
