Blisters on penile shaft and tightness
As you can see those small blisters like on penile shaft, it is painless not itchy. I have no complaints regarding it. But because of that my foreskin has become tight as you can see circumferential tightness all around the penis in semi erect. I can't retract my foreskin in totally erect. It becomes red during erection.
Any opinion what is this blister like thing and how to get rid of it?
And to treat tightness around the foreskin.
