What's happening?
This feeling,I have suffered this before. Nothing interests me as much as it used to. Everything seems just ok or doesn't interests  me at all. My confidence is shattered. I'm desperately looking for someone who can listen but just can't find anyone who deserves it or who would understand. Can't type anymore...

Hello! I absolutely understand what you're going through. You can visit a Psychologist/ Psychotherapist. Psychologists are good supposed to be good listeners and they will be able to help you without any judgement. You can even visit a Cognitive Hypnotherapist/ NLP Practitioner for long lasting effects of therapy.

Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counselings the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.
