1.sleep 8 hours at night. 2.regular morning walk or yoga 3.eat proper nutritious food and fruits and vegetables to keep physical health. 4.Take some good food supplement to enhance mental and physical health. 5.good music.,good movie or theatre or reading good books can improve mental stability. 6.Never give up. 7.avoid too much social media. 8.avoid pc mobile 1 hour before sleep. 9.spent quality times with your family and friends. 10.Share your thoughts with friends or pare ts. 11.Concentrate on your work,study,hobby,passion.
