What is the problem
My daughter is 14yrs old she is having heavy breast and with sagging may be it weighs 1kg ... Day by day her breasts are increasing in size. While she is sitting the breast is sagging and falling on stomach. She can't stand straight because of heavy breast she need to bind a little... While she is skipping or running or dancing she is getting short breathe because of heavy breast If I choose any big size bra for my daughter then after 2weeks it is getting more tight

At this age there is no need for surgery...she can reduce weight and exercise..there is no medication

She is only 14 yrs old we don't recommend any surgery till 18 years of age.give her sports bra for support. Ask her to do exercises for posture orrection.

Breast size reduction is done by a surgery. What is her weight and height? There are no medicines to decrease the size of the breast.
