What is reason for getting hard stool
Why i m getting hard stool, and its paining while bowl movement
How can i get rid off this,though there is no blood. It pains only when go to bowl movement

Where is the pain? In the anal region or abdomen? Take softovac powder 2 tsf at night in like warm water. Also increase fibre in your diet. Regards.
