Hello Mr. Good morning. First of all there is no natural way to control OCD. It's common more than it is written in books because due to unawareness , stigma & shame ,people don't express their illness and suffers the stress . OCD is disorder of THOUGHT , that is possessed by unwanted, repeated, irresistible thought, idea ,images etc that are coming against person will, these thoughts must be person's own. It often followed by compulsion or maybe independent. Obsession can be about contamination, religious activities or rituals , sexual, aggression, somatic , harm to oneself or other and many more. Undoubtedly , OCD has serious consequences like SUICIDE,  MOOD disorders ( Depression ) , Anxiety spectrum disorders , sleep problems, relationship conflict, psychotic problem and other day to day life activities impairment.
Next Steps
OCD must not be ignored ,it is grave mistake to ignore it . Consult a only & particularly  Psychiatrist or Neuropsychiatrist of ur choice and discuss in detail about your thought , mood , behaviour and other necessities. Allow Psychiatrist to evaluate your OCD type and it's severity, depending upon the diagnosis and it's severity , plan Medicines or therapies or both. There is no natural way to treat OCD.
