What is my problem?
I get stressed out very soon, I scream at everyone when I feel stress.. I don't know how to handle everything positively and calmly.. Plz help me be calm and also can handle my work schedule!!

Hi If its a change you have noticed in yourself then it suggests depression. You should consult and a psychiatrist for assessment of your stress coping skills, to identify any depression and treatment you may benefit with medication and psychotherapy
