What is Bony Margin, how effect is this?
After dislocating my tooth I feel pain a lot and feel have broken piece of tooth. Some doctor suggest me it is bony margin and take tablets. My question is what kind of benefits i will get to take tablets and what is bony margin

I guess you got your tooth extracted and you are having lot of pain after that . Sometimes there is no remaining tooth piece it's a sharp edge of the bone socket in which your tooth was. And at that particular area there is lot of pain due to the exposed bone. The tablets will help you symptomatically in relieving the pain and to reduce infection and inflammation.

Don't worry. It will heal. In case if it pains more u have to visit a good dentist to check if there is a condition called dry socket. In that case the Dr will put a medication in the area to help you.
Health Tips
You can do warm salt water rinses thrice a day and continue taking the medication prescribed

You should get xray done if you feel broken piece left. Also if tooth piece is left inside, tablets will only give you symptomatic relief. You need to get it removed by visiting dentist.
