What is Bone density test?
My bone density test results show -3.34. What does that show?? Does it mean osteoporotic? Is it critical ??

Hi.... Yes.... Before that you need second opinion... If again same result comes...you really need to take attention on your bones.... Consult an Orthopedic doctor.... And also included some vit-D, calcium supplements and get opinion from Physiotherapist to strengthen your bone....it's a team workout...
