Before I answer this question I want to ask you few things; Do you know what is  "right iliac fossa"? Do you know what is meant by "collapsed" I want to add for your information that the poop that you had in the morning was lying at a distance of at least 10 feet from the right iliac fossa (if we go by length of the intestines).
Next Steps
Please consult me on Practo if you still want some more clarification.  For clarification in Medical terminology you have to have basic idea of medical terms.
