What could be the problem??
Hello doctor im under medication for acidity problem eating Veloz D , Vizylac tab and ulgel syrup and was having painful defecation and when I checked for piles by inserting my finger and I seen saliva type mucus on my finger what could it be? Colon cancer or rectal cancer im worried feeling fullness on my stomach always and pain

Dont think too much , neither its colon cancer nor rectal,, as u have history of constipation , may be u are suffering from IBS ,. Thats why u have mucous on your finger . Dont worry consult with Doctor.
