What after 6months
A formula fed when he is 6 months old, if he is given semi solid once in a day ,what will he take rest of the day ?? Formula milk again ?

full cup of dal/roti/rice; add half butter cube to it , add milk or water; add sugar or salt for taste, this can be given in 2-3 settings in 24 hours along with breastfeeding

Start semisolid, mashed locally available home made feeds and give 5 - 6 times a day. Initially, a baby may not be eager to accept it but slowly starts accepting. Other than that may continue Formula milk. Why not mothers milk, it should have been continued till 2 years along with complementary feeds.
