Wet mucus from couple of months
I don't have fever or a normal cough, just abnormal amount of mucus. I am not swallowing it, i am spitting it out everytime. Also the color of mucus is white. I was doing hookah for sometime 2-3 months back, from two months i have stopped it. After consuming any food / Tea / milk, its more. Due to corona i haven't gone out to see a doctor. But i am taking some home remedies such as turmeric milk, salt water gargle etc. Should i be worried? Please help.

Need not worry, nasal discharge without any other symptoms, may could also be just due rhinitis which could be due to allergy or climate change. Just keep a watch, avoid unnecessary medications. Take precautions while going out.

If Quantity of mucus is less and not having bad smell without other symptoms just wait and observe. If it increases needs evaluation
