Wet and dry cough
My wife 37 years of age , is suffering from coughing for last 10-12 days . We are just working on home remedies, and she gets some relief but again, persistent cough Cough is sometimes dry and sometimes wet , with thick mucous primarily green in colour. She is not having fever. Kindly suggest medication for relief.

U can give Alex cough lozenzes four times for three days and Levicetrizin 5 mg at bed time daily for five days . If still not relieved then please consult

Cough - some time dry and some time wet for 10-12 days indicate that she has some infection in her chest . Please do cough culture and sensitivity of cough to know the reason of infection. Please do digital chest  x-ray also.. NH
