1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise. 3. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods , junk foods etc fatty  . 4. Ok.u take plenty of vegetables,fruits,and greengram sprouts. Drink enough water,buttermilk,vegetable boiled water.everyday. Substitute millets for rice. Avoid fastfoods,bakeryfoods,spicy oily foods Walk exercise and yoga everyday for an hour everyday. Sleep liesurely for six hrs min.at night.
