Weightloss goals
I have been wondering if, is it safe to lose 8 kilograms in a month? Is it possible or not? Thank u for those who will answer :)

Ideally one should loss upto  4 kgs in a month more than that may be protein loss too which will lead to tiredness , weakness and loss of stamina.
